The multi-service reframe (2026-06-18). We walk back the single-service "Meta ad creatives only"
reposition and return to the two-axis destination-hub model: a Services menu of general
capability pages (industry-agnostic) crossed with an Industries menu of real-estate-specific pages
organised by audience segment. Messaging is outcome-led — we sell the result (rankings, better-quality
leads at lower cost), with AI as the under-the-hood accelerant. Same Blueprint identity. Built on what's
already live, plus the /work portfolio and Studio editor the reposition produced.
One general, industry-agnostic page per service line. Ranks for the capability term; future verticals (construction, interiors) can reuse the same hub.
The real-estate-specific depth: the pillar, audience hubs (realtors / builders), and a spoke per service tuned to property buyers & RE keywords.
Proposed nav: Services ▾ · Industries ▾ · Work · Pricing · Resources ▾ · About + a Book a call CTA. Contact folds into the CTA + footer. Lead capture ships on every page.
workGallery block + Work library (already built)PH1One hub + a page per line, each framed by the outcome the client gets (rankings, better-quality leads at lower cost) — not the tech. Website + SEO is the flagship, topmost theme, delivered as two separate cross-linked pages targeting distinct keywords — we don't sell SEO on its own; it ships on a site built to rank. Social media management removed (separate posting app); AI ad creatives folded into Meta + Google.
The real-estate depth. The pillar owns "real estate digital marketing agency"; audience hubs
segment by realtor vs builder; spokes mirror the service lines (RE-tuned) plus the RE-native offerings
(launch, luxury, lead-gen, india). Website & SEO each fan out further — by audience (realtor vs
builder) and, for websites, by site type (project microsite · brokerage · agent · listing portal).
URLs stay ≤3 segments at /industries/real-estate/<slug>; breadcrumbs go deeper.
Every service line has both a general page and a RE spoke; they cross-link (the "services matrix" link axis). RE also carries native offerings (launch, luxury, lead-gen, india) that have no generic twin.
| Service line | Axis 1 — general (/services) | Axis 2 — real estate spoke |
|---|---|---|
| Website + SEO ★ flagship · 2 pages | /services/web-development · /services/seo | …/real-estate/website-development · …/real-estate/seo |
| Meta ad creatives + AI (Meta) | /services/meta-ads | …/real-estate/meta-ads |
| Google Ads + AI (YouTube) | /services/google-ads | …/real-estate/google-ads |
| — RE-native — | no generic page | …/project-launch-marketing · …/luxury-real-estate-marketing · …/lead-generation · …/digital-marketing-in-india |
Keeps the v2 "go-to destination" idea so the site earns links & trust, not just rankings.
The single-service narrowing is reversed — but nothing built is wasted. We keep the reposition's assets and re-aim the rest.
/work portfolio + workGallery block + Work library · the Studio in-context editor (S1–S2) · the de-"AI"-branded creative chrome · the home's creative energy · all the live /services/* and …/real-estate/* pages (still in the CMS — the destructive cut never ran)./services + /industries to nav.
