v2 turns the system from “clean SaaS” into a drafted artefact: every card is a plan sheet with a title block, every number is dimensioned, and the human hand shows — stamps, margin notes, misregistered ink.
Brand colors unchanged. The field changes: cool slate (#F8FAFC) becomes warm paper (#FAF9F4) with 4% grain — the difference between a dashboard and a drawing board. Proposed as an amendment to the color guide.
Unchanged trio — serif publishes, sans works, mono measures. v2 adds two craft moves: ghost sheet numerals behind sections, and the architect's margin note.
v1's grid was wallpaper. v2 speaks actual drawing language — these primitives appear throughout every component.
Every surface is now a plan sheet: one chamfered corner (the drafting-table fold), warm border, and a real architectural title block along the base. Rounded-everything is gone.
A complete digital rebuild: custom property portal, owner-managed listings, unified lead capture. Read the case study →
Hover any button: a dashed twin slips out of register, like a hand-pulled print. Ghost buttons fill with 45° hatching. The arrow-circle gains a rotating dashed compass ring.
Bracketed mono for metadata, solid chips for status — and the rubber stamp: our seal of proof, rotated like it was pressed by hand. It marks case studies, the pricing page and shipped work.
Numbered eyebrow → serif headline → lede, now backed by the ghost numeral and an optional margin note. Dark variant uses the marker underline.
Builders sell projects. Brokers sell trust. Each gets its own playbook.

Service cards are sheets with drafted icons and micro title blocks; hovering reveals the card's own blueprint grid. The flagship gets the architect's revision cloud — the drafting mark for “this changed everything”.

Numbers now carry real dimension lines beneath — the visual claim that we measured this.
v1 used unicode glyphs. v2 draws its own: 1.5px strokes in drafted frames with a cyan corner tick — consistent with the drawing language.
Dark sections are now actual blueprints: deep cyanotype blue, white drafting grid, and a line-drawn tower elevation with dimensions — not generic dark-mode. Max two per page.
