From a lead to a paying account — and the part that's missing today: a guided, service-type-aware way to attach the right commercial model, add more services over time, and handle scope changes when a project grows. Walk the flow top-to-bottom.
1 The journey
Lead → deal → win → set up services → grow
Today the first half (lead → win) is solid. The green steps are where we're adding the guidance: turning a won deal into the right service(s), and adding more services as the relationship grows.

2 The missing handoff
Won a deal → set up billing, right there
When a deal is won, the CRM now offers a one-click “Set up billing” that opens the guided picker pre-filled from the deal (company, service line, value). No more navigating back and guessing which drawer.
Set up billing reads the deal: service line = Web development → it pre-selects the Project (installments) model with the deal value as the project total. You just confirm the schedule.
3 Guided “Add a service”
Pick the service — the right payment model follows
One “+ Add a service” button replaces the four separate drawers. Choose what you're selling and the CRM sets up the correct commercial model with sensible defaults. (Each card maps to the engine we already built.)

4 Service-shaped forms
Each type asks only what it needs
The form adapts to the service. Website = a project total + a custom installment schedule (timed by milestone or “+N days”, not monthly). Social = setup + monthly + term, with the ad-spend reality called out.

Multiple services, one clear picture
The website client later added social and ads. Every service — whatever its model — sits on the company's Services & Billing tab as a card with its own status and next action. One “+ Add a service” grows the account.

6 When scope grows
A new feature → a change order, not a workaround
Mid-build, Skyline asks for 2 extra landing pages. “+ Add scope” on the project adds a change order: it raises the project total and adds a new installment — keeping one clean project, correctly re-priced, with history. (Today this is impossible without a workaround — the key gap we're closing.)
Change order · Website revamp
The change order appends an installment and (optionally) a deliverable — the client approval and re-price stay on the same project.

★ What this adds
New, on top of the engine we already shipped:
Guided “Add a service” — one picker, service-type → right model + smart defaults (replaces 4 drawers).
Service-line presets — each service line carries its default model / term / installment template.
Won-deal → “Set up billing” handoff, pre-filled from the deal.
Change orders — append scope + an installment to a live project, re-priced with history (the critical gap).
Multi-service account view — every model as a uniform card + one grow button.
The underlying collections (subscriptions, installment-plans, add-ons, performance-plans, invoices + GST) already exist — this is mostly UX/orchestration plus one real capability: appendable project installments / change orders.
